Launch strategy preparted and actioned.
We are a firm believe of 95% preporation and 5% action, so from day 1 of instruction, we wil formulate a launch strategy, this strategy for marketing will be assisted through Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, and social media platforms, using adverts and updates throughout the build.
Our launch strategy

Each development will be given a personal website for the period the properties are available, this is a perfect place to show off them pictures and generate interest.
Social media strategy
Three different types of adverts which be populated for social media, these will be ciculated up to 25 miles from the property to cover as many people as possible.
A Launch weekend will be set for once the property is finished, this will have two agents on site with prosecco and tours being held from 8am – 8pm.
There will also be a Solicitor and mortgage broker on hand if required.
A £2000, non refundable is taken from potential buyer on an offer being accepted. this amount is only paid back to the buyer should the transaction exchange contracts. Should the buyer withdraw from the process, the £2000 is passed to the owner for compensation.
